LADIES ONLY CLUB
So that you do not have to be concerned about the way you look and can focus on getting the best workout. Group activities are desired by many women and provide a fun atmosphere. We provide a program that can accommodate varying fitness levels, especially beginners. We have a changing room with lockers for your convenience.
INTERVAL TRAINING
Using hydraulic equipment that is customized especially for Ladies Workout Express. Resistance is provided by the machines in both directions when the user pushes and pulls the exercise arms or legs. Faster movements produce more resistance; stop moving and resistance stops. Varying cylinder adjustments are preset to provide multiple training formats for better and faster results. Most machines exercise opposing muscle groups on each side of the joint. Interval training will give optimum results because it provides both strength and cardio training. It will help to burn body fat and increase lean tissue.
CUSTOM MUSIC
Designed specifically to fit the interval circuit training format for our club. It is uninterrupted, commercial free, CD-quality, stereo sound music. We have the appropriate beats per minute to maximize your workout, with no offensive music content. Over 1500 hours of music with 32 different styles so you are not hearing the same songs over and over.
GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
We offer pilates, cardio scuplt, cardio craze, kickboxing. Please check our calendar for times.

We offer Infrared sauna services to enhance circulation and promote oxygenation of body tissues. Like other heat therapies, Infrared sauna heat therapy relives muscle aches, pains, stiffness, and muscle spasms. In addition, Infrared sauna enhances the body's delivery of oxygen to joints and extremities, it is believed to speed the healing of sprains and strains, thereby relieving pain and reducing the time it takes the body to recover from an injury. We offer Peak Pilate with a certified Peak Pilate trainner. Advanced reservation required.
Pilates is a series of exercises done in a specific sequence with emphasis on form over repetition. Pilates teaches movement from the core to alleviate pressure on the spine and joints. Pilates can help balance strength with flexibility to achieve muscle tone, general health and overall better quality of life.
The Peak Pilates Principles
Concentration: Learning to concentrate is vital to learning to control the mind and body. Perform each exercise with the correct mindful intent.
Centering: Powerhouse first! Learn how to stabilize, initiate, and control movement from your center. Center the mind and the body and bring yourself fully to your workout.
Control: Perform each movement without momentum and beneficial changes will happen. Think about working with control and the ability to work with proper coordination, rather than working with forceful restraint and suppression.
Breath: Breathing is used to enhance the fluid nature of the movement and to help set the exercise rhythm. Focus on full, complete exhalations; use the breath to naturally facilitate stability. Generally, inhale when lengthening or opening the body, and exhale when folding, flexing, or twisting the body.
Precision: Every Pilates exercise has a purpose or goal. Your close attention to precise detail will help break faulty movement patterns. Work with attention to alignment giving each movement a specific place to begin and end.
Flowing Movement: In Pilates, movement flows on the breath and is linked through transitions. The graceful look of an advanced student comes not only from hours of practice, but also from working with ease and attention to control. The shapes it creates, the angles of the joints, and the change of direction within its movement dictate the flow of each exercise.
